NOTE: Unless the issue is an installation issue within 30 days of purchase, receiving remote support requires that you be a Logicity Professional customer and the use of one (1) paid support incident .

Step 1

Click above to initiate the SaberLogic Remote Desktop Connect Tool. If your browser will not allow you to run the file automatically, simply save the file to your local system and run it manually.

Step 2

Choose the consultant to connect to by double-clicking on their name. Your connection request will be "announced" on the consultant's computer. When the consultant agrees to connect they will be able to see and control your computer.

Step 3

When the work is complete you can simply close the window to cancel the connection. When the connection is severed the application automatically uninstalls itself.
