 Unable to save to PDF - 2008/03/26 08:53 I've just installed the lastest version and have tried to run one of my existing RRD files which contains 1 report (with 6 simple sub reports) this is set to save as a pdf. Since the upgrade it will no longer save to pdf. I can save it via Crystal 2008 and by the Logicity viewer but not via the RRD.

I've set up new RRD's both with the existing report and with test reports and still no luck.

 Re:Unable to save to PDF - 2008/03/27 12:42 When I have tested Logicity 1.6 on my system with a report containing 6 subreports a pdf saved fine. Logicity is designed to not show anything if there are no records in the main report. Even if the subreports contain data, if the main report doesn't pull any records the report will not save. Make sure your main report is pulling records.
