We are always thinking of new ways to make Logicity more functional but we know the best ideas are going to come from all of you, the day-to-day users of Logicity. What functionality would make your job easier? What tweak could we make that would turn Logicity into your favorite tool for deploying Crystal Reports?

Please use this category to record your suggestions. We will participate in the discussion thread and hopefully we can all come up with ways to make the next versions of Logicity better and better.

I definitely believe this viewer could be as ubiquitous for Crystal Reports as the Adobe Acrobat Reader is for PDF files.

I would like to see the following features/improvements:

- Resolve the Citrix deployment issues as I noted under the Technical topic. The viewer has to be deployable in non-standard drive configurations. Any assumption that the viewer is installed on the C: drive needs to be altered in the app, including registry setting lookups.

- Support a File > Open capability so that once one report is open, another can be opened from the viewer.

- Support optional tabbed windows within the viewer. If this setting is turned on, each report opened and each refresh of an open report within the same viewer instance would display in a new tab (i.e. tabs across the top), allowing the user to view the results of multiple reports and/or parameter selections at once. If the setting is off, each new report/refresh would replace the existing one as it does now.
