As of December 1, 2016, we are no longer including any free support for Logicity Professional users. We are pleased to offer paid priority support incidents to our professional users.

Please note that our support engineers are versed only in the configuration and usage of the Logicity product and other systems related issues (i.e. e-mail server configurations, network issues, database configuration issues) may be beyond our abilities to support. The purchase of a support incident does not guarantee the resolution of an issue and if we cannot resolve the issue, you will receive a full refund.
