SaberLogic provides Logicity Professional customers with installation and technical support via e-mail, telephone or a remote PC connection session.
Please note that our support engineers are versed only in the configuration and usage of the Logicity product and other systems related issues (i.e. e-mail server configurations, network issues, database configuration issues) may be beyond our abilities to support. The purchase of a support incident does not guarantee the resolution of an issue and if we cannot resolve the issue, you will receive a full refund.
