We have recently updated the crystal reports version from 2008 to Sap 2013. and since then we fail to execute the RDD actions.
It gives the following error:
logicity.common
Could NOT load the report.
Inner Exception: Error Application Server support
Unable to load the crystal report file
Reinstalling Logicity don´t fixes the problem.

Hi,

At this point i would uninstall Logicity and Crystal Report (also uninstalling the crystal runtimes in add remove programs a separate uninstall). Then reinstall Crystal Reports 2013. After you verify that is working reinstall Logicity but at the start of installation uncheck install Runtimes. The problem is when you went to the new version of Crystal it is using the same runtimes as Logicity and if they are a different patch level they will sometimes conflict. Thanks!
