Reports are working fine under windows 7, New Windows 10 machine and the reports no longer work. Cannot connect to Database error

Ligin ID: Admin

I have setup the ODBC for our SQL database, the same as on the Windows 7 machine, apart from it showing as 32/64 bit
Logicity Desktop v1.8.8.0

Try removing the 64-bit ODBC - leaving just the 32-bit. If still no success connecting, you may need to upgrade to the version 1.9.

It loks as if some of our reports are actually working, the ones that are now failing are being driven by Microsoft Access.
Server name is the full path and .rpt filename
User is Admin
Password is (Blank)
there should not be any passwords, only for the SQL reports and they seem to work

Hi Harvey - You may need to try version 1.9 of Logicity which uses a newer version of the Crystal Report Runtime for Windows 10.
