Hello all,

I have encountered this issue a few times in the past, and would really love some feedback on it

.

I have a few RRD files that are being executed overnight, that exports Crystal files as Excel files.
Each RRD file is designated to a specific Crystal file.

I sometimes see, based on the date the files were saved, that some reports did not execute correctly.
When I open the server where the Logicity software is stored, I see the error message as attached in this post.

Does anyone have any idea what is the root cause for this error and how it can be avoided?

Have you tried working with the settings on your report described here:

scn.sap.com/thread/1630290

In case you or anybody else is wondering, quite a bit of what you find out on scn.sap.com is relevant to Logicity. Error like this are usually being thrown by the Crystal Reports Runtime which is something separate from Logicity (Logicity just makes calls to that runtime to do much of the stuff it does). Anyway, give that a shot. There are several other related results if you search Google like so:

Memory full failed to export report site:scn.sap.com

Hope this helps,
Adam
