We have set up three separat reports in Crystal Reports and have configured actions for each in Solution Builder. We have the actions scheduled to run every night and they do run as scheduled. The problem is that the only thing that updates is the report date. The content of the reports doesn't change. We tried turing off the "Save Data with Report" option in Crystal Reports and made sure that each action has the the proper database login information, but then when we run the action in the Solution Builder, we always get a "Failed to open connection message"

So you have them setup as 3 separate RRDs? And it errors in solution builder?

What type of database?

Yes. One RRD for each report

the database is SQL Server 2012

My best guess here would be it was only running before because it was never hitting a database just displaying saved data. Please ensure you have an odbc setup that is 32 bit(there is a difference in how you locate it) and that the datasource name EXACTLY matches the datasource name in the report. Thanks!!
