Have a crystal report scheduled to export as an html file, would like to include company logo, logo displays fine within crystal reports, it's image is a url path, when we receive the email the image does not display, just shows the outline with the message that image could not be displayed, allowing images in e-mail and viewing in web browser also does not display the image. Have searched numerous posts, not luck, anyone know if this is possible to do? If we export to PDF or other attached file format, image displays fine.

Are you able to view the HTML source, or otherwise determine what the image in the email is pointing to? Perhaps it's being altered somehow.

Thanks for the reply Ron, I was trying to do it from the Crystal report and I think it just can't be done. Now I'm trying to do it from Solution Builder, experimenting with the html code below in the Body text area of the e-mail export option, I', a newbie with html coding. I can paste the text end execute it, I get the image, but when trying to save the rrd file it doesn't save the full code, only: <img

With the latest version of Logicity (1.8.0009) HTML e-mail now will embed images into the e-mails that are generated to resolve issues with broken image links.
