We have some Crystal reports reporting Visual Information that are executed via Logicity RRD files. We are currently on version 1.7. For some people running these Crystal programs, different people get different results when attempting to run the RRDs. One particular program I am concerned about right now has a subprogram. Sometimes the RRD executes just fine and the results are good. Sometimes the RRD will ask for a password. Sometimes the main program will execute and then when we try to kick off the subprogram, that's when it will ask for the password. In the case where the RRD asks for the password, the database name is not filled in, so when the password is provided, the RRD will not work. What can you tell me?
