We are currently using Logicity Solution Builder Lite 1.9.4.0 and have had to update the emailing of our reports/files to use SSL.

However, since making this update, I am consistently receiving the following error across multiple solution files (:
Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1
<EMAIL ADDRESS>: Sender address rejected: Access denied
(emailCrystalReport)

I've also used the Email Setter Tester (found in previous posts referencing similar issues) and received the following error
Syntax error, command unrecognized. the server response was: .

At this point - if I cannot get this issue resolved quickly, I'm afraid we may be looking for another solution, as this is preventing efficient workflows for our team.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try this version of the Email Settings Tester which uses the same .NET Framework as Logicity 1.9.4:

Another option may be to use an App Password.
Example: support.google.com/mail/answer/185833?hl=en
