Can you look at the scheduled task in Windows Task Scheduler and make sure that the --quiet flag is passed?

what do you mean by the quiet flag?

I have also looked into the problem that lynbarr mentioned the CLR20r3 error. and i am getting the same event error, but only when the task is set to run when not logged in.

By the "quiet" flag he means this...
1. Open Task Scheduler.
2. Double-click the task to open it, and go to the Actions tab.
3. Double-click the Action to open it, and look at the "Add arguments" box. You should see something like this:
--quiet "C:\Reporting\RRD\RRDName.rrd"
If you don't see that quiet flag, add it before the RRD path.
