On certain PCs, when running a report through Logicity that prompts to enter a value for the report to run, the button to move the value into the "Selected Values" box does not work. Has anyone heard of this before?

Not sure of the differences between the PCs (all running Windows 7).

Any help is appreciated.

I have seen that before and it usually has something to do with the version of Internet Explorer on the system or some sort of 3rd party program that is blocking pop-ups. Because the parameters screen in Crystal is rendered as a web page (both Logicity and full versions of Crystal) your web browser configuration can interfere with it's operation. I would suggest comparing the versions of IE to see if that might be a quick fix. Re-installing Logicity might be an additional thing to try.
