Hello,

I need to know if Logicity will support Windows 7. I've been using Logicity to open and refresh reports created with Crystal 8.5 under Windows XP, without any problem. I've also been trying to open some of these reports after converting them to Crystal 11 under Windows 7. I'm not able to open the Crystal 11 reports, and wonder if it's because they were converted under Windows 7 and/or I'm trying to run them under Windows 7. I am getting the following error:

"Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Reports.Engine,Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified".

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Penny

Yeah it certainly works with Windows 7 or 8. That error reads that the runtime did not install when you installed Logicity. I would uninstall, and when you reinstall make sure that you select to also install the runtime.

Thanks!

Brian,

Does that apply to the install of both the free version and the Pro version?
