Installed Logicity Lite on my Windows 11 machine and when I try to open a report (created in CR2016) I get the following error. Can any one help?

I have done that and still get the same message

Is Crystal Reports or another program that uses Crystal Reports installed on the same pc?

It may help to uninstall Logicity and the SAP Crystal Report Runtime > Reboot the pc > Install Logicity by right-clicking and Run as administrator.

If still no success, try installing Logicity on anther pc.

I followed those exact instruction and still get the same error. I do have CR2016 on this machine but don't have another Windows 11 machine to try it on.

Which version of Logicity are you attempting to install?

CR2016 should not cause an issue, but it is possible.

Do you have any other machine to try a Logicity install?

It is whatever the latest version is as I just downloaded it today. I have used Logicity in the past and am trying to install it on my laptop to demonto demonstrate to a client how they can view any report and update parameters. I can't install it onmy desktop as I can't take that to client sites.

I've noticed in this forum other users have also had this problem with no fix so it not a one off.

The one off could be the CR2016 install. Would it be possible to temporarily uninstall CR2016 to see if that is causing a conflict with Logicity.

I uninstalled CR2016 to check. Logicity installed and ran fine. It would be nice if the devs could figure out what is going on as, for demo purposes, I would need both on my machine.
