I am using the free version of the Solution Builder (Windows 7; CR 2013). I have created an RRD and saved it. I can execute it, and it will send me a e-mail with the report. So far so good.

However, I want to schedule this to happen automatically once a week. With the RRD selected, I click the schedule button, and fill in the details, then get the option of advanced options. It seems to all be fine. But it fails to send any scheduled e-mails. Also, if I click on the schedule button, all the values have gone back to the defaults. It looks like it is failing to save the settings anywhere.

If I have two actions in the RRD, then the schedule button does not work at all, whether I have an action selected or not.

Any ideas anyone?

Also make sure that you download the latest version of 1.8.
