When I try to export any report by "Send as HTML E-mail" I get error message stating

"unable to export report. Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass’ to interface type ‘Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass'. Instances of types that represent COM components cannot be cast to different types that represent COM components; however they can be cast to interfaces as long as the underlying COM component supports QueryInterface calls for the IID of the interface."

Logicity v 1.8.6.0
Office 2010
Microsoft Server 2012 R2

Nothing in the windows event logs that corresponds, only pop-up message in Logicity app.

Any ideas ? (Google hasn't helped me much on this one ...)

I will be looking into this and let you know what I find out.

I got your email directly after registering with support today. Will try upgrade to v 1.8.8 first
