I've created a job in the solution builder and have a job exporting to CSV format automatically, however the column headers are being duplicated on every row of the report

For example:
Header1, Header2, ValueA, ValueB
Header1, Header2, ValueC, ValueD

I've tried going into Formats.xml and editing the CharacterSeparatedValues ReportSectionsOptions and GroupSectionsOption but they have no affect on what is exported. I've also tried changing the Delimiter and SeparatorText options and they have no affect either. The Formats.xml is being read as I can make changes to EXCEL options and they make the appropriate changes when exporting to excel. We've also paid for and registered a pro license for latest version.
