I am having the problem when running existing crystal reports that the database user account is disabled. If I enable the account and continue (having not closed logicity) I can continue and run and view the report successfully. This initially occurred against a SQL database so instead of using the odbc connection we created and used the solutions builder. But now we are having the issue running crystal reports against an AS400 system, and we really do need to be able to use the odbc connection and also there are too many reports to create a separate builder for each of them. The reports run fine using crystal reports.

I've seen some other comments in the forums similar to this issue but no resolutions (that I could find). Any help would be appreciated as we are considering moving to logicity and also upgrading to the paid version if it works for us.
