Hello
We are using Logicity Desktop 1.9 to open Crystal report from PostGreSQL without any problem.
We just set up a new SQL database which requires log in user name and password, but unfortunately it just keeps saying "Bad login, please try again" every time we log into Logicity to read the Crystal report.
New SQL database itself runs well and doesnt have any issue with other softwares
What should I do in this case to be able to log in to view the Crystal report?
Thanks!

Is the report being ran from a Logicity RRD file - vs the Crystal Report RPT file? If so, the Logicity RRD file may be storing an older login in the Database Info tab displayed when adding or editing an action via the Logicity Solution Builder.

Not sure if we can arrange a video call so that I can show you our issue?
