We have a user who runs a crystal XI report every day. Then they will export it to xlsx. It stopped exporting reliably over the past few months and will return a "Unable to Export Report" box. We have updated to the latest version of Logicity Desktop and still not working. After a few reboots it will work once or twice but not reliable. Is there anything I can check to fix this?
