TOPIC: Missing Parameter Values

When I am building a solution in Logicity Solution Builder I am receiving an error that states "Missing parameter values.". This is happening when I have the action set to Save and I have not specified the parameter. This is happening in the GUI.
If I specify the parameters it works fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Unfortunately, that does not address the issue. I don't have the data saved in the report and I also verified I don't have it saved in any of the sub reports.
