Hi - I have a couple of Crystal reports that create data in excess of 100000 rows. I use Crystla but people I share with use Logicity to run the data. they can't export them directly to xls due to the restriction on rows in the older versions which means the data is truncated. I would usually export via Crystal into a CSV file and deal with the data that way - but when I try that in Logicity (I have the free version) after a long wait I just get an error message saying the export failed. Is there a maximum number of lines that can be exported? Is it a time out issue due to the amount of time the data takes to save? Something else? Can anyone help - thanks

What version of Logicity and Excel are being used? Older versions of Excel are known to have record limits that can be found by searching for the record limit of the version you are using. There may also be a limitation on the version of the Crystal reports runtime installed on the system where you are exporting.
