Our current help menu link just pulls up a PDF of our users guide, so I'd bet the error you are seeing is either due to Adobe Acrobat not being installed or Acrobat not being properly associated with PDF files. Let me know if that sounds right to you or not; if so we'll throw some additional code in there to check for Acrobat before we display help.

Actually adam just tried it again & realized that it only throws the erro when there is a RRD open . If there is no file open & you click contents from the help menu it works fine. If you open a file & then try the same you get the error I sent to you.
