Is it true that in order for a scheduled task to run,Logicity Solution Builder has to be open? Can Logicity be run as a service?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Logicity does not have to be opened to run scheduled tasks. The user does have to be logged in for the task to execute. Thanks!
