Hi,

Just an idea, what about when selecting the Action Email.

The File Name to include dates. This way the export file has a filename like: FileName_31122015.xls

See attached Example

Just right-click in the box and add any of the date/time token values. This may be a Pro feature, so I'm not sure if you have it.

Do you plan on including a time stamp in the file name? Just curious, as things get a bit trickier, but it's very doable.

Hi, no.

However I did notice the date format is automatically showing in a US format. Which doesn't suit anyone non-US.
I ended up having to concatenating DD-MM-YYYY using the various functions.

Perhaps you need a culture setting, for example have the function also require a code for the county code.
%CURRENT_DATE,AU% or %CURRENT_DATE,US%

Of just have a setting in the application to save the preferred date format?
