Hi!

We are having trouble amending or canceling scheduled tasks such as emailing out a report.

Is this something that is done from within Logicity? If so, how is it done?

If it is through Windows Scheduler, any help with how to navigate that would also be greatly appreciated.

Yes, once you schedule the task in order to delete/modify tasks you must use the windows task scheduler. You can find this by going into the control panel and then into administrative tool, task scheduler. Thanks!
