Logicity Pro was installed on our Win 2008 R2 server. The user who installed it was not the administrator, but had credentials to enter when prompted by installer. User configured emailing of a Crystal report using Solution builder and saved settings to a RRD file. But when another Windows user on the same machine, the actual Administrator opens Solution Builder and opens the same RRD file, the settings for that profile look totally different, namely the SMTP settings look completely different when looking as the Administrator vs the other user. How can this be if the two users are opening the same RRD file?

Try renaming the RRD file and then confirm if both users are now unable to see the original RRD. If the other user is still able to see the original RRD, then there were two RRD files with the same name at different locations.
