I started having issues with errors when loading reports. I have uninstalled Logicity and downloaded newest lite version but I cannot uninstall the runtime. It says error 2503 Called RunScript when not marked in progress and Error 2502 Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress. How can I make sure that the runtime matches the Logicity version properly? Everything was working fine on 1.8 until last week and I started getting random C++ errors on some reports.

Are you trying to uninstall the runtime from Add/Remove Software? Have you tried rebooting your computer? Sometimes Windows seems to get confused about if an uninstall has completed or not (or if an install/uninstall requires a reboot).

I have rebooted and it still has the same errors. Is there any installation media I can use so it has a path to uninstall?

I was able to get version 1.80008 to work with the runtime but it randomly causes errors until I reboot. Do you have any suggestions for me to be able to upgrade this?

After installing 1.8.0008 are you able to uninstall the runtime? I have not run into that error in trying to uninstall the runtime before.

No it does the same thing. I can uninstall Logicity but not the runtime.

Ok thanks. I have already tried the built in admin account. I can uninstall and install other programs as usual. I only have an issue with this unfortunately.
