I've purchased the Logicity prof V1.6.0023 and 1 user upgrade protection license. Do I need to purchase for the V1.6.0026? Appreciate your could let me know.

You will not need to re-purchase V1.6.0026, just install it and your old keycode should work just fine. Let us know if you have any troubles.
