Hi,

I have yet to try on the new viewer, but has been on the old RPT report viewer. Will try on the new one sooon.

There has always been a limitation that if the tool is installed under a specific user account (windows domain environment), it has to be run using that user account. ie. if another user logs in, the tool will fail to run.

Recently I have been working on remote access solution using Citrix and similar software, and this problem has further been amplified.

I am wondering if the new version would have remove that limitation ?

With regards,

As a viewer, you should not have any issues running Logicity as different users on your computer. However, we have not heard a lot of feedback from Citrix users, so let us know if you find otherwise. If you are attempting to schedule the delivery of reports automatically (e-mail, save, or print), however, you will need to be logged into the computer as the person you have scheduled the task as.
