Something in printing of page size and not sure why the results are different?

If I have a report that is for legal size paper, when printing using the menu "Print" button on the top line, the letter size paper is used.

If I click on the "Printer" icon button on the second line from the windows top bar, the report prints on the legal size paper as required.

We are using the most current version and is a "PRO" paid client.

Any ideas?
