I have created a crystal report and the logicity job via solution builder that will extract data from a database and put it into a .csv file. It is scheduled to run and does run ONLY if I am logged on the server. I have the option "Run whether user is logged on or not". The job shows in Task Scheduler History as running, but the csv file does not get created when I am logged off of the server. How can I get this to run?

Hello!
I'm afraid Logicity currently cannot run jobs while the user is not logged onto the computer.
I hope this helps!

Do you know of any way around this? Our server automatically gets rebooted at least once a week. Is there some script I could run to automatically log me onto the server every night in order to run this job then log me off?

Not completely what you are asking, but apparently this technique will work on Windows servers as well:

support.microsoft.com/kb/324737

So it will basically auto-login your server after reboot.

Hope this helps. We definitely have it on our ASAP wish list to develop a workaround for this annoyance.
