Hi all, just wondering if you can help me. I am setting up my first action in the Solution Builder and am receiving the above message when trying to run the RRD.

I am outputting to email with PDF attachment.

If I have the parameters set to prompt user the error message appears, however, if I set specified parameters the email sends correctly. I would expect to see a prompt instead of the error message when set to "prompt user"?

Version 1.7.14.0. I have searched the forum but can't find anyone else with the same problem.

Yeah, that is a bit of a known issue. In short, the parameter prompting stuff is all part of the viewer window and since we don't pop-up that viewer window on Print, Save, or E-mail actions you will get this error for any parameters you have left undefined in the RRD. We've got an active feature request that is going to disable these actions if there are any undefined parameters but long term we expect to be making our own parameter prompting window we can call whenever we want to properly work around this.
