I recently installed Solution Builder to help automate my crystal report emailing functions and I want to see if it can be ran in the background as a serivce? When I schedule the reports to run, if the software is not open at the time they are suppose to email, they don't. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Side question, I don't think the reports refresh before sending, I have read about timed refresh in other forums, is this a pro only version option or is there something in the free version that I can do? Thanks
