Hello everybody,

I'm experiencing a problem witch Logicity Solution Builder Version 1.7.17.0. I created a action with 4 parameters which of one has multiple entries to get all Customers in the report. everything works fine until I save it to an rpt file and than try to reopen that same file. The file doesn't open anymore! And if I try to open it directly in the solution builder, nothing happens!

thanks for the help
Ben

Ben - is there any chance any of your parameters have a question mark in the name? That can cause that sort of behavior. The only current fix is to remove those special characters from the parameter names (if that is the case).

No, no question marks in there, its only alphanumerical.

Hmm - I might need to have you e-mail me your RPT file and the RRD file that was created before I can tell what is going on here. Can you e-mail it to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.?
