We would like to schedule reports to be saved on a local directory but have found in the free version that the file is overwritten each time the schedule is run. Is there a way in the free version or professional to automatically create a new folder when the report is run. We run many reports on a given day so even more specifically it would be good if once the daily folder is created that the reports scheduled for that day go into the one folder. The same would be true for the next day and so on.

With Logicity Pro you can use the variables feature. This allows you to append the file name with the current date or time. This way each will be saved as a separate file with a new name as not to overwrite the previous file. Thanks!

Could you give more detail as to where I find the variables. I assumed it may have been in the Logging tab but I'm not sure.
