I am using Logicity 17.0018 and want to know if I will have to create 2 separate actions to save pdf report and to email report. I would think if it is being created and attached to the email that it is being saved somewhere.

There is not currently any way to accomplish that with Logicity out of the box. You could certainly create a bunch of save actions to a common folder and then use some other utility to e-mail everything in that folder, but Logicity doesn't have that logic yet. When you do an e-mail action with Logicity it does write the file out to a temp location but it is deleted as soon as the e-mail is sent.
