We just installed Logicity free and are getting an error message when trying to setup a scheduled email. A screenshot is shown in the attached. We are very excited at the potential of the program with our initial testing. Suggestions on resolving the error? Thanks.

Just as a test, can you make a copy of that report, replacing the spaces in the filename with underscores, and see if that works any differently? There's something about that path your system doesn't like.

I believe you need to save the rrd and then schedule it. It looks like in the editor the rrd isn't saved yet.

Yes, that's almost certainly it. I didn't even notice that.

Thanks Ron and Bellis. That worked.

I've got a new problem. I can schedule a .rdd to execute now, but it continues to fail for a missing parameter. I have specified the parameter value, but I still get the error. Alternately, I tried deleting the parameter fields completely, but I get an "Object Variable or With block variable not set" error. So close...

Do any of your parameter values have a comma in them?
