Hello,
I have a Crystal Reports that access Oracle Database. I could run it directly using Crystal Reports without any issue but when using Logicity Solution or Logicity desktop, I get an database error. See attached file.
When running treport from Logicity Desktop, why do I not get a prompt to enter the database information?
Thanks,
Peter

Open the report in Crystal, go to File > Report Options. If "Save Data With Report" is checked, uncheck it and save the report. See if that makes any difference.
