I think the issue is probably because you have saved data in the report. As long as you have saved data in the report, the report will always return those results. Try saving the report without any saved data and the scheduler should refresh the data at runtime.
Yes, you can save as a CSV file. Logicity will save reports in the following formats: PDF, RPT, HTML, XLS, DOC, RTF, CSV, TTX, and TXT.
