Hi,
I am using Logicity Pro 1.9.3, able send non SSL email . But error message appear when set email send by SSL: The operation has timed out (emailCrystalReport).
My platform is windows server 2012, My email SSL is using port 465, email attachment size around 100KB.
I can confirm my email smtp server and SSL port is workable on MS outlook.
Any solution for this ?

Is Outlook on the same Windows Server 2012 machine? If not, you can use the following utility to test the email settings from the same machine running Logicity:

Download Email Settings Tester
