I am getting the following error when trying to run the RRD File.

"Database logon failed. (emailCrystalReport)"

My Crystal Report accesses an Excel file database that is located on our file server. The RRD output is an email. I have double checked my log in user and password. Any ideas what is causing this?

Does the Crystal Report connect directly to the excel spreadsheet or does it use a ODBC connection that points towards the spreadsheet? If it used an odbc connection please make sure you have one set up on the system you are on. If the Crystal Report connects directly to the spreadsheet then the spreadsheet needs to be in the exact location that the report specifies. So if you moved it at any point that could trip it up. Thanks!

I didn't have the ODBC set up correctly. I think that is going to fix it. Thanks!
