When running the Logicity free report viewer it takes 90 seconds to load the initial screen and then another 40 seconds before the report parameters are displayed. Is this normal behavior? The PC I am running this on doe not have connection to the internet and I wondered if the program was trying to access the internet when it loaded?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, the program does attempt to access the Internet on the free version in order to load that little banner along the right hand side of the screen, but this sort of delay is certainly not normal. I just tested on my computer by disabling my network adapters and a report loaded up within just a couple of seconds. Does your report happen to have dynamic parameters? Those things will query your database prior to diaplaying on the screen and I am wondering if that might be the issue? Or it could legitimately be that banner if you have some sort of restrictions / security software that isn't 100% replicated with the test I tried.
