Hello,

Our email server will reject Logicities emails because the from email address is different to the SMTP host. Unfortinately this is not a setting we are able to change on our email server.

I attempted to remove the from email so that it would be null, but Logicity generates an error message and does not allow this.

Does anyone have any experiance in overcoming a problem like this? Any idea if leaving the from email as null would cause an exchange server to reject the message? Our email server is managed by a parent company in another country so dialog is possible but slow so I wanted to check here as well.

I've considered setting up another email to recieve the emails and then auto forward it, but this is somewhat messy.

Any help would be appreciated.

This can be marked solved. I was specify the from email the same as the destination host which caused a problem.
