We have the free version installed on W2k8R2 server, 64-bit, multi-user environment, which I know isn't officially supported, but doesn't seem to work just fine... most of the time. Current perlexing problems is this...

When running a report that prompts for a value, and allows multiple values, the arrow button to move the typed value into the “Selected Values” area is inactive. The button is seen, but when clicked on, nothing happens. It appears to be disabled.

This only happens with some users, not others, so obviously user specific, etc.

Any ideas?

@SaberLogic- I believe we figured this one out and it has to do with new windows profiles having a flag set to acknowledge an IE advanced security/setup message on first load of IE (aka, "first time run" wizard?). Since your client appears to use a browser control, it appears to get hung up if this has not yet been completed on a given profile, and of course, the IE message/acknowledgement piece is not able to be completed through the logicity client. We were able to set group policy to disable the first time run wizard, which worked for users that had access to RDP to the server, however, it didn't seem to work for logons that occurred via Citrix.

just FYI.
