I upgraded from 1.8 to 1.9.004, when i click on Execute RRD the screen blinks but the action does not complete. I do not get any error prompts. How do i fix this?

Do you get an error if you try double clicking or running the Crystal Report RPT file from the RRD directly? Or open the Crystal Report RPT file via Logicity Desktop.

When i open the rpt file from logicity desktop nothing happens, i initially thought reinstalling fixed the problem, but it did not.

I thought reinstall fixed the issue but it only fixed it for some RRDs, the others i have the same issue. I do not get any error, the screen blinks but the RRD is not executed.

Try running the RRD file by double-clicking or right-clicking > Open (without opening via the Logicity Solution Builder) - sometimes doing so will offer more detail.

Try opening Logicity Solution Builder as Administrator. If successful, you may need to recreate any scheduled report tasks via the Solution Builder running as Administrator.

Do the problematic RRDs run successfully on another Logicity install (if available)?

Try running the reports or RPT (Crystal Report) files with just Logicity Desktop by right-clicking > Open with > Logicity Desktop.

When i double click on RRD, the screen blinks and nothing runs, same thing happens when i open solution builder as administrator.
When i rant the RPT using logicity desktop, an error popped up - Unhandled exception has occured... attached is the screenshot.

I am able to run the reports fine on Crystal Reports.
