I just installed Logicity about an hour ago, and created my first RRD. I tried to schedule it, but when I click OK I get this error:

It's the only problem I've had in the short time I've been playing with it. Executing the RRD worked fine. Any thoughts?

Ron

Hi Ron!

Your local user account does not have rights to the Windows Scheduler.

Thanks!
Brian

All users, even those who demonstrate the ability to use the Windows Scheduler successfully, get this message in Logicity.

EDIT: We just logged in as a local administrator, then uninstalled and reinstalled Logicity. We scheduled a task manually and confirmed that it ran. Then we created a new Schedule item in Logicity and got the above error. Perhaps it's the app and not the user that has the permissions issue.

This is starting to look like a deal-breaker for any potential Premium purchase.

Our server guy realized it was a 32vs64-bit issue in granting permissions to Task Scheduler. Problem is solved.
