We recently deployed Logicity along with an upgrade to Crystal 11.

We are using the Free version of Logicity. Our users are double clicking on the RPT file to open the Logicity Desktop. The reports do not have sub reports. Users are prompted to enter their credentials. The windows7 workstations have an ODBC SQL Server connection.

If our users enter the wrong password once in Locigicty, their Oracle account is getting locked. We tested entering the wrong password with the full version of Crystal on the same reports and they are not getting locked out.

Wondering if anyone knows of any setting that can be changed in Logicity or any way of resolving.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
