Hi,

Every time I try to run an rrd I get Logicity Desktop.exe has stopped working, and the details tab shows the APPCRASH information, listing the fault module as KERNELBASE.dll.

I can open and close the Solution Builder and will get the same error on close (but only if I have actions). The Builder has no trouble accessing report parameters etc.

I am using 1.7.0018 (free edition) on a Windows 2008 r2 server. I installed only the required files and the Solution Builder. I have a working copy of Crystal Reports 2011 on the computer (with the runtime for .net). I am running Symantec Endpoint Protection client 12.1, but disabling both the virus and network protection did not make any difference.

This is a server rebuild - I had exactly the same configuration as above working on the previous install without any issues.

Your help would be very much appreciated.

OK, had the x64 version of the Crystal Runtime instead x86.

Installing the runtime that comes as part of the Logicity installation (x86) fixed everthing.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
